  • Analyze recruitment requests and propose appropriate recruitment plans.
  • Attract qualified candidates and build talent pool through job posting, networking, headhunting, etc
  • Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements
  • Organize assessments and interviews
  • Prepare recruitment report
  • Participate in building process, database, tools for recruitment purpose
  • Collect and analyze labor market information in order to counsel department head related to recruitment activities
  • Take part in recruitment branding activities (Job fairs, university sponsor events,..)
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager
Yêu cầu công việc
  • At least 4 years of experience in a recruitment position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and English
  • Strong analytics skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills (teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution)
  • Progressive and able to work under pressure
  • Eager to learn and willing to accept new challenges
